Bad experience ever I'm regular costumer, going there 4 times a week to buy salad in the counter, today Monday at 7:45pm like routine, I met a girl with glasses asking her to have a small gar, 1 spoon because I took 3 different salad every time, she told me you can't have less than 1 pound for each container, I told her, this is my over capacity, why you push me to purchase something while is over than me, she said ,I can't serving you and do not arguing with me, I asked her about the the manager, her said I don't care if you complain about, so I've been trying to talk with a manager took me 15 minutes for him , I explained to him what happened, at the end he offered me what he helped me, I told I want to buy a salad but the girl still there he said I can doing nothing you have to go through to her no choice. You image what quality of manager and staff they are, thy support echather, bad shipping ever
Again my wife and I had good experience shopping at this location, we got the ocean spray cranberries that were on sale, the day before they were sold out.. my wife call the store and asked if they were going get anymore and the sale woman said that Saturday at 1pm their delivery arrives. We also got other shopping items. This location is by far the best we been to. There is one closer to where we live, but we don't like their store floor plan. I can give the Brookhurst on orange Avenue in the city of Anaheim 4 stars, room for improvements not that it needs it
Helpful staff made great suggestions and meat was freshly sliced infront of us. Great atmosphere for your typical grocery trip
Well what can I say about Stater Brothers? That I used to work there at age 19 I'm now 42 and retired. Went there with my mom today to pick up at 8 piece of fried chicken my mom was craving and after I had it now I know why it tasted so good even my dog liked it but I think my mom liked it more!!!
Stater Brothers is not my go-to store for shopping. I usually only go there to buy steaks for barbecuing. You can't go wrong there. Full service and knowledgeable butchers great looking cuts of meat
This Stater Bros is my favorite grocery store because I live so close to the store and it's very convenient for us to jump in and out quickly. However, lately the store hired few employees that made the store looks bad. There is a baldhead guy, tall and choppy is very rude and has an attitude with me for no reason. He never said hi or greet like all other employees who work there. After checking out all the products for me, he didn't tell me how much total for my purchase, but ignore and continue to check out other people behind me to cause confusing. He intended to embarrass me as I didn't understand what was going on. Such a disappointment for my local store to hire people who works there unprofessional with a rude attitude.
They always have what I need plus Friendly Staff Great Customer Service.. Storevis well stocked & CLEAN
They have one of the best butcher shops with fresh meat everyday and they provide great customer service.
Great job keeping everything clean and stocked in here. The meat dept. is killing it too! Everything looks great. Not sure why I underestimate Stater Bros. and it’s not my go to but after this visit I’m going to make more effort to come here on a regular!
Very poor service at the butcher shop. They try to move me along before I completed my order. Like they hate the fact that they have to do their job. A simple "would you like anything else", is all I need to complete my order. Don't work at a butcher shop, if you hate weighing meat, and wrapping it for paying customers.
