Well managed facility. Better people. No Olympic lift area. Weight room is well maintained but gets crowded quickly. Focus is on youth and aged groups. Recently started a boxing class to improve and maintain hand eye coordination for people suffering neurological disorders like Parkinson's. Did I mention good people there?

Lovely staff, full gym, babysitting options available. Indoor heated pool and hot tub, as well as saunas. A little pricey for families, but payment options and discoints are available.

Friendly staff, well maintained equipment, good hours of operation, and complimentary towels.  A great place to exercise.  Features a wide variety of group classes, plus ample cardio equipment, selectorized strength training equipment, and plenty of free weights.  Three flat benches, two power racks, one incline bench, one Smith Machine.
