For how new this hotel is, they definitely did not try very hard to build it well. There were paint spots on the walls that had been primed, but not painted. The doors all stuck, especially the bathroom door; my poor 4 year old peed her pants because we couldn't get the door open. The POOL IS NOT HEATED we were so disappointed because I had called on this to make sure. 18 dollars to park is expected in this area, however is it a very long walk around downtown Disney to get to the park. We have stayed in a dozen hotels around Disney, we visit often. Unless you need a kitchen (we loved that part), stay somewhere else!

Well it's fairly new so it's hard to say at this point but as far as I saw and experienced breakfast was pretty good, beds are comfortable, water pressure in shower sucked... There was none. I couldn't even get rinse to the shampoo or of my hair. They say it's pretty friendly but no we here on to hear web site does it say to here is a deposit of $150 and it's not refundable. We had a total of 5 so I called to make sure there would be enough sleep space and I was told they would accommodate us by the nurse need of guests in our party but when we got to our room there was only 2 beds so I had to tell one of my kids the had to sleep on the floor. It was ridiculous. But anyways it's over now

Nice hotel. New, clean, modern. Good breakfast options, no fish though. Water pressure could be a bit higher. And the room AC only goes down to 66. I prefer 26. I am a polar bear.

Beautiful rooms, full kitchen with All utensils and cook ware. Great breakfast, FREE LAUNDRY use your own soap. Staff was first rate. Wouldn't stay anywhere else.

Brand new hotel, friendly staff, very nicely appointed suites, some kinks to work out, can hear next door guests in conversation, a few maintenance issues, Wi-Fi a little buggy, otherwise, I dread more people finding out about this place because it really is a good fit for us and I want it to be available next time I'm in town, very near the parks, some rooms will have fireworks view as they go off right next to hotel, if you're an early and light sleeper, if the fireworks don't wake you, the symphony of car alarms will wake you, for a firework lover - like me - it's a magical perk... so far, so good, would definitely return here but hoping it stays a well kept secret
