We had two rooms and they both were great. They were clean nice and we did not hear other guests at all during the night. We had a view of the top of a few rides at Disneyland and a little patio to enjoy the cool air. The beds were very comfy and the hotel was pretty nice. I think it is a great hotel, And I highly recommend it for guests staying overnight.

wonderful stay. the room did not have any problems. if i would nitpick, maybe they should change shampoo brands. housekeepers were very efficient, courteous and personable and they came twice a day. and, boy , that coffee in the room was a lifesaver

I appreciate that they flipped this room placing the king bed across from the window. The sleeper sofa is a nice benefit and the adjoining room would make this a fab family suite. It has nice charging stations for electronics and I was able to turn the air conditioning sufficiently low for quality sleep. Loved the squishy pillows.

Hotel is clean and has allot of amenities within walking distance of Disney land and down town Disney. Rooms are very comfortable. Great for families or in my case convention. Would visit again.

I am currently staying at this hotel and I am so disappointed. We got to the hotel at 11:00 and the lady at the front desk was not welcoming at all, she barely greeted us, not even a smile. She told us that there were no rooms ready, so we left our luggage and went to have lunch. We were aware that we were early. We came back about an hour later , and once again we were told that rooms were not ready. I asked how long is it going to be, and she just said I don't know. We decided to wait at the lobby, we waited for another half an hour to get a room. In the meantime three other people got rooms. When we finally got a room, it was dusty everywhere and it was way smaller. I will update my review if things get better, but so far I am not impressed.
