Established in 1992.

For over 20 years, the fires in our grill have cooked fantastic flame broiled foods, delivered in homes and businesses throughout Pensacola.

Beginning in 2014, with new management and ownership, the name was changed, and the store re-christened: SteakAway. With the dismissal of the old franchise requirements, we are now liberated to offer a wider variety of menu items. We continue to offer the same foods you already love with additional, better, healthier choices we've always needed.

The only reason I have one star is because 0 wasn't an option. I ordered100$ worth of food they forgot all our lettuce tomatoes our onion rings and my sausage was raw.when I called I also got the manager who said it wasn't there fault and they couldn't refund my money when I wanted to bring it back they could bring my stuff which was fine but by the time they got there with my lettuce and tomato our burgers were cold. We finished cooking our sausage and microwaved or 100$ with of food I was told to leave my number and the owner would call me. We'll see if that happens. On the positive side both of the delivery drivers were really nice. However I will never recommend this place to anyone I urge you all to go somewhere else.

One star for the nice delivery guy. I ordered $46 worth of food from this place. The shrimp was still cold in the middle and tasted raw. The steaks tasted as if they were cooked on a grill that has not been cleaned in no telling how long as they tasted like charred meat burnt to a crisp. The lettuce for the salad was wilted and brown and had chunks of the core of the lettuce. The baked potatoes had obviously been either in an oven or on a hot plate for so long that they had hardened thru the center making them crumble. They sent bacon pieces for the potatoes that obviously had been cooked a day ago maybe, and refrigerated as they were ice cold. The roll was so hard I could knock someone out with it. Like it literally crunched biting into it. As far as the steak sandwich, it was a chunk of steak that was like burnt rubber. I've never been so upset over food like this. This is the worst I have experienced!! You guys seriously should consider a new batch of employees including a new manager. There is no way they are doing their jobs for the food to be so poor in quality which now leads me to question the sanitary conditions in the restaurant. Especially the cooking area(s). Never again!! I do not recommend this place to anyone.

Last several times I had issues with cold food and late deliveries. Asked to speak with owner and left number but no call back. Was sent notice that order was on the way but found out that it hadn't left the building, but was ready. 40 minutes later, no food. Called back and was told that one of the driver's didn't want to take deliveries so I had to wait. When I explained how cold my burger was going to be, was told that's how it worked. Let email asking to talk to owner but never received a call back. Good food when it's hot but the service, (except for Chris, a driver who tried his best to fix things, but couldn't because of the, that's how it works guy. Was told I had a credit, but no one could find it. So, no more orders from me. I was a 4 or 5 times a month customer. Wish I had received that call because I still might be.

Placed an order for delivery wings, had to call in 1 1/2 hours later to see if the order was lost. I was assured that my order was done and they just went out the door. They took another 35 minutes to arrive after the store said they left, and even when they did finally arrive they were cold. Will easily be my last order here

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM START TO FINISH !! I called to complain about my delivery and someone answered the first time and hung up. I called back and the “manager” who answered had a nasty and jumpy attitude about what she should do to fix my order that THEY clearly messed up. The service is crappy and not worth the money or time, this was my first and last time ordering from them!!
