Made an online order which should've been ready when we arrived, but they didn't even begin making the order until we got there. They also made 3 other people's orders before ours, and we had already been waiting in the store for 5 minutes, and they were dead slow when we got there. What is the purpose of online ordering to "skip the line" if they don't actually make it and you end up waiting longer. Both stores off of 9 mile are run so much better!

Used to be a nice place until they started hiring unfriendly hoodrats. Now the place is always a mess, and the sandwiches are a sad excuse for something you wouldn’t just make yourself. This location is almost as bad as Subway. Keep this as a lesson - don’t hire hoodrats at your establishment no matter how much fast food experience they’ve had. It doesn’t mean they’ve done it well. Give jobs to people who want to work them. Would it kill them to keep lids and hot sauce in stock?

The 9th Avenue store here in Pensacola is on point. They always make my sub perfect and are always courteous and professional. Love Firehouse!

By far the best sub shop in Pensacola. If you have not given them a chance please do. Every sub has lots of meat and a ton of flavor. Each sub comes in 3 sizes and they have children's options as well.
