Having a broke hand and wrist in a cast I needed a tire thrown on and to be on the road in less than 15 minutes to be able to make it to my Dr appointment. I walked in with no hope of being told it could be done. No they in fact had me back on the road in 10 minutes. Thank you gentleman. You've always been fair and helpful but cheers to the excellent service and getting me to my appointment on time. Have and will recommend to my friends. Best service as always!

Tires were replaced in a good timely manner.  Can't follow simple instructions though.  Specifically asked that the black walls be out on the tires and the key locked inside the truck when completed.  Went to pick up truck and white walls are out and found my key in the gas cap.  Other then that no issues.

Took my wife's car in friday the 27th of oct and was going to have some work done to it. Well the part that needed to be fix had to be ordered. They was supposed to ordered it the same day so that i could bring the car back in on monday the 30th of oct to get repaired. Well needless to say the part didn't get ordered. They was going charge $200 and something to replace a $50 part. Outrageous. Was given the run around by the employee named Anthony. I have always gotten decent service out of your marion location but didn't get it this time. Think i will start taking my vehicles to your west Memphis location. Jason guiltner always takes care of me there. By the way found the part at a local store for $50 verses $200 and something.

Family trip, hundreds of miles from home, less than an hour before close and we limp in with tire issues.
Not only did Tim Piecuch and his staff get on it they did it with a smile and were all over it quickly. We were back on the road for another 500 miles in no time!
These guys are top notch all the way and would recommend them to anyone needing tire work!
