Steeplechase is located on 28 acres with six lakes. We offer five distinct one and two bedroom garden floorplans that are sure to impress. Pet Policy:
We are pet friendly! However, there are breed restrictions: Akita, American Staffordshire, Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler and Wolf Hybrid. Two pets maximum. Pet Dep: $200 (refundable)plus $25 monthly pet rent. Two pets maximum; no weight limits.

We are conveniently located one-half mile north of the Montgomery Road and Fields Ertel intersection. From 1-71 North to Fields Ertel Exit(exit 19). Turn left (north)to Mason Montgomery Road. Turn right (east) at the first light to Fields Ertel Road. Continue on Fields Ertel Road to the 7th light (Montgomery Road; turn left (north) on Montgomery Road. We are just one-half mile north of this intersection, on your right side. Follow the signs to our Leasing Center. If we can assist with customized directions, feel free to contact us. Note: you'll see Walgreens, United Dairy Farmers, HH Gregg at the intersection; and you'll see Meijer on your right, near our entrance.

Be careful when applying here, if you and your family aren't what the agent thinks is an " all american family" you will get the run around and told you simply "didn't pass"

I lived there for 1 year, and really loved it. My apartment was a 1 bedroom and den. The pool is really nice. The staff is great, and when I had a maintenance request, it was done ASAP!!! I would recommend these apartments to anyone, very affordable. Eric is a great person to work with as one of the staff there.

The office staff at Steeplechase is very helpful and friendly. The complex is in a convenient and nice area. It is highly sought after, so if you plan to move there, get on the waiting list far in advance!

i lived here for more than 6yrs!! No complaints as such but BEWARE 😡 Wen ur moving out . We vacated 7months ago and to our surprise we got a cal saying we have to pay 400$ fee . Seriously ! After 7months after we left?? Just scared we might get another fee after decades of moving out. Unreal . Beware guys . Make sure u ask them to replace everything wen u sign a lease with them . Because they provide u trash kind of bath tubs ,sinks & wen u leave ,maybe after an year they call u back @ they charge u big $$$

I haven't had any issue with the complex until today. When leaving for work this morning my car stopped working. I pulled into the leasing office and was picked up from there by a co-worker. When I got home that night I had a "Final Notice - Tow" sticker on my windshield. The notice, which was placed at 11am (3 hours after I "abandoned" the car), stated that the car had been there "overnight and all day." I'm extremely disappointed in the fact that I was not contacted about it, considering that the car was registered with the office.
