I just discovered this store, and love it.  I do think they could have better customer service with customers in the clothing department.  When an older client needed a dress in a smaller size, the staff  begrudgingly went to look for it.  Probably wasn't her job.

And people wonder why people order on line.  There is no customer service.  No man or woman wants to get their clothes off, put them back on, just to go and look for a different size.  They just give up.

Venice has a serious shortage of clothing stores, so this Stein Mart has become the place I visit. The selection is pretty good with a selection of trendy and more classic styles. Prices are reasonable. My biggest issue with Stein Mart in general is that the displays are too close together and it feels crowded.
