Great shoe shop and 50% off entire shop.  We purchased two pairs of Merrell shoes.  Absolute bargain.  These shoes are much cheaper in USA than at home (UK) made even more of a bargain at half price.  Staff very friendly and helpful.

Terrible customer service!  I attended a trunk show of NAOT shoes at this store. I ordered a pair of Naots at the trunk show and they gave me a catalog for me to take home. I received the shoes promptly and phoned Dick's Shoes to order a another pair in a different style. Sure thing, I was told. When they arrived I wasn't happy with them. I didn't like the color nor the fit. I took them back to Dick's Shoes. The store manager told me they couldn't be returned as Naot is discontinuing the style. After the manager consulted with the owner I was told I couldn't receive a store credit either as it is a style they don't stock. I have two issues - 1) I don't think it's right for NAOT to carry a style in their catalog they are discontinuing and therefore un-returnable, and 2) that Dick's Shoes would not make me aware of their policies at the time of ordering, nor would they consider any other options.
