This store is ghetto and nasty. Filthy bathrooms. Clogged toilets. Watch your step to keep from tripping over merchandise on the floor. Asked manager Sarah in Hurst, TX store for help. But she gave me an attitude. Asked asst manager Hailey for help and she just stared at me with a blank look on her face. Drugs? They should consider drug testing management at this store. Very unprofessional management at this store.

I had a family member go for an interview for Assistant Manager at this specific location about two months ago. The store manager Sherry and Assistant Manager, Farrah, made my family member believe that she had gotten the job (even began discussing salary and such) though weeks and weeks went by and they never called back. Each time my family member called, they kept saying to her that she was a sure in, and they were just waiting to hear back from their DM, Jodie. About two months went by and out of curiosity, my family member called to see if they had filled the position (Obviously did since they never returned her calls even after countless promises that they would) and turns out that they did fill the position. We believe it is because the person they hired accepted less money for the position, which is typical of companies these days but for some reason we didn't expect that from Stein Mart. I'm not sure about the other locations, though in regards to hiring and employment, they are horrible and unprofessional. We understand and respect them choosing someone else for the position, that's not the point. The point is they should have the decency to call potential employees, (especially those who they have basically offered the job to) and let them know what's up. Will not be shopping here anymore and will spread the words to others looking for employment here.

The ladies that work at the store are amazing! They went above and beyond with their customer service. I was looking for another piece of furniture to match the one I had purchased at another Stein Mart earlier that day and they made sure they had it and that it was in good condition before I drove out to Hurst. They even sent me pictures of the item! Definitely one of the best Stein Mart I've ever been to! Thank you ladies!!! :)

High end brands for cheap! Suit separates, dress clothes, casual and so on! I get the most compliments on my designer looking clothes when I wear the stuff from steinmart. And guess what, im not telling them my secret. Just you guys;)

This store has awesome clothes for great prices. I always find something I like. Great for business casual attire.
