The Redwing store in North Richland Hills is a great place to get a great pair of work boots. I bought another pair in November 2016 my 2nd pair from this store, and noticed the soul of the boot was coming apart. I went in February 2017 and showed the Manager and promptly replaced the boots no questions. I work in the Construction industry and wore those boots everyday so they were really broken in. It's great to see a company that stands behind their boots. I will definitely be going back for my next pair.

Boots have gone to crap. Long time customer but the last experience was terrible. I had to exchange boots twice in 3 months because holes kept wearing in the outer soles. The third pair didn't fair any better but I gave up and bought boots elsewhere.

 I have an old pair of RW that I wear as my daily boots and I've had them for years without issue. But they just don't make that kind of product anymore.

Staff has always been helpful and friendly, they did an amazing job cleaning and oiling my old pair of boots while shopping for another pair. Boots are great quality I've been buying here for years and will continue doing so.

Got a pair of boots for Christmas, not what I needed n tried to exchange em at Keller TX. location..... was told no!  Went to store off precinct line in North Richland hills n they were happy to help !
