Love Steinmart quality, selection, the brands carried and their jewelry. I always get compliments on jewelry I purchase at Steinmart. BUT when I shopped yesterday in Temecula I kept feeling something was off. It was customer service!! Oh my goodness the young people working there had no sense of customer service. Except one young woman, I do wish I had her name. She helped find where in the store a brand might be found. The rest of the time team was clueless about greeting, helping, eye contact, and asking a single question. Horrible horrible customer service.

ABSOLUTELY Rude FLOOR STORE MANAGER (AFRICAN AMERICAN OLD LADY) i went there to return a perfume, i have my receipt and i explained her that i need to return it because it give me bad headache , she asked me 100 questions about why i was returning the perfume and she was almost yelling at me, she was extremely upset about it. I talked to the main store manager and she apologized, but the other lady just ruined my day. I will never go back to that store, hopefully somebody do something about that grumpy old fart. !!!

Nice cloths, great location, but Horrible customer service. There's a rude employee, who just passes you without asking if you need help. She does not have any customer service experience. I do Not Recomend this place. There's a Kohls across the shopping center.

went in to look for dress for my daughters wedding. Asked a salesgirl african american she was so helpful to me but when trying to get info for me all the sales people were not helpful actually they were quite rude!!!!!! Your sales people need a huge class on customer service!!!!!!!!!!! I will never shop there again
