SAD experience . We left with a SAD taste in our mouth
My wife and I along with my son went to purchase a small sofa for our daughter's bedroom. There was a damage to the sofa that we asked for a discount on the employee came back and said the mgr says you can have 10% we asked if it were possible that the mgr could come and see the damage (makes sense right?) she did and gave us 15% discount ... ok so we take it and finally get to the counter after a petit older lady is the one employee they have to take the item to the checkout counter
Once we are st the counter she leaves the sofa towards one end of counter and we are on the opposite end making the purchase . Another cashier calls another customer to her area and the sofa is in the way . So I come down to the sofa and attempt to push the cart that it is on and they didn't want me to move it or touch it an employee a guy (long beard not groomed you dhould have a policy to have beards somewhat groomed) anyway this guy and the mgr are looking at me while I stand waiting for my wife and son who are paying like if I'm going to steal it. Then after paying as we leave I asked the mgr who was still standing there staring st us if it was s problemvto take out the cart where the sofa was lying on she was unsure and gave me s look and said we'll no I guess not so at that point I told my son to take one end and we carried it out to our vehicle 
The bottom line to the entire story is this 
The mgr --- not a people person 
The purchase process not customer friendly 
I got the strong impression that they thought I was going to walk out with a sofa 
They were watching me but when it came time to help me after the purchase there was no attention offered to us 
The guy with the beard ---where were you when it was time to help s customer you idiot 
And the mgr you try to come off as a sophisticated person but you should concern yourself with common courtesy bad experience and I felt discriminated.

This is by far my very favorite place 2 shop 4 clothes...and also the have nice household items.
..staff is helpful also.
