Depending on what you're looking for, the place could be quite helpful. However, for the enormous showroom they boast, I was disappointed in the variety of selection. The majority of items are couches and living room furniture, with smaller sections for bedrooms. Barely a thought is given to other areas of the house. Additionally, I found much of their furniture to have a cheap feel to it, especially the "rustic" items. I don't intend on returning unless I have very specific needs.

Sales person was very helpful,took his time didn't rush us at all. Delivery was on time and the men did a great job. Very happy with overall experience.

I enjoyed my shopping experience. The salesperson who worked with myself and my mom were very knowledgeable and patient! The customer service was beyond great!!!

We purchased two recliners about 2 1/2 years ago. The leather coloring has worn away on one of the headrests. We called for service to get the leather repaired. Steinhafels referred us to an outside vendor. The manufacturer no longer carries the color. These were supposed to be a very high quality Norway recliners. Turns out Norway is just a name and had little to do with Norway quality we thought we were buying. Sadly the problem was the horrible quality of the leather and the real manufacturer. I'm not saying don't buy here, I'm saying watch what you buy . I would be a happy customer right now if I would have had better quality like I thought. In this day and age I would expect quality to last more then 2 1/2 years. Bottom line is they may not service what they sell and look very closely at where it is manufactured.

Number one furniture store. Sales person Mark and the manger are the best. Sometimes I stop on just to say hi because it is so family orientated. My daughter loves just going too
