I spoke with Kylie (sorry for possible mispelling), who was very nice and helpful. I sent flowers to my grandmother Phoebe Collins (I'm little Phoebe smile), who resides in Glen Allen, about 30-35 minutes from Greenville. Unfortunately, I procrastinated and needed same day delivery for her 82nd birthday. She arranged for the flowers & gift to be delivered to my grandmother same day (small fee), which was typically out of their delivery range Overall, the service was very pleasing to me and the company went the extra mile. They have gained another customer.
