Forget about all the rumors you hear about "lawyers"; Jack Stennett ad Barbara Casino are the most trustworthy and reliable lawyers you will have on your side. With their help, my case got resolved in a very timely manner.  I am thankful to both of them.

My experience with the Stennett & Casino Law Firm has been exceptional. Both Jack and Barbara have been the best lawyers i have ever met and worked with. Their compassion and dedication to my claim proved to me why they are the best AD&D denial lawyers in the business. From the day I meet both Jack and Barbara I was impressed at their commitment to relentlessly pursuing CIGNA for denial of my AD&D benefits when my wife passed away from over-prescribed pain medication. They have an incredible  amount of experience and knowledge of the legal process when it comes to dealing with big insurance companies that deny coverage. Not only did I have to deal with the tragic loss of my wife of 33 years, when CIGNA denied my AD&D claim I was forced to relive the feeling of loss all over again. Even during the year end holiday time Jack and Barbara kept me informed of my claim status and reassured me that they would not stop working my case until until a favorable result was achieved.

When I was suddenly faced with a shock, having my benefits stopped and my case closed by Cigna I researched attorneys for ERISA insurance claim cases, denials and appeals, and feel very fortunate that I chose Barbara Casino.  I found her to be knowledgeable and professional as well as caring.  Her level of experience gave me confidence and hope in a very stressful time.  There is no doubt that Barbara Casino knows the law and has worked on a wide variety of cases all contributing to her experience and success.

In my case I was unexpectedly and abruptly denied my benefits I had been receiving.  This caused me to feel immediate panic, devastation, and fear.  My life had already changed so drastically from a successful career I loved to being sick and disabled and now to lose the LTD benefits I felt like this was the final straw that was going to break me. I was weak and very sick and somehow had to find the strength and fight to get back the benefits I knew should not have been cancelled. The stress caused my health to deteriorate more.
