Beyond amazing person and professional. We moved from CT to GA and couldn't have asked for a better person to help us! She was very flexible with us knowing we were coming from out of state to house hunt! She took the time to show us around the area where we bought our house which made us much more comfortable when we got here. It's truly hard to find such professional and dedicated people that actually want you to be happy Stephanie is the definition of a professional with a heart. Words on a website can not fully describe our experience with Stephanie, all I can say is stick with her and you will be happy. I know when the mother in law moves here in a couple years she will be our first call! Keep being awesome Stephanie! She even showed the wife where to get her hair and nails done...Very important to my wife!

We knew from Stephanie from our original move to Georgia 5 years ago. She helped my wife find an apartment, which was something I'd never seen an agent do. A year later she helped us purchase our new home in Suwanee. Her knowledge of our situation helped us find the perfect home, in the perfect place. This past May, we decided to move up in home size, and called on Stephanie to help us sell our old house, and find a new one. She gave us advice on paint, flooring, landscAping and staging. The first day we listed our home we had 7 offers. All but one were at full asking. She helped us deal with difficult buyers, a deal that fell apart and was resold less than half a day later, and a crazy buyers agent that pulled some funny stuff. We found the perfect home and Stephanie got us through the whole deal and we LOVE our new home. Im not the easiest guy to deal with, but she was always patient, and a calming voice when I needed one (and boy did I need one!) Long story short, she's great and you cannot go wrong letting her rep you. I'd give her 10 stars if I could!!!!!!

I have worked with several Agents over the years. Stephanie is by far the best. She will tell you like it is and do everything to sell your home! We had 2 offers the first day thanks to her persistence. Thanks for everything Stephanie!

Stephanie excels in all areas when selling/buying a home. Her prompt and detailed attention through each step made the process a positive journey and not a stressful one.  I would highly recommend Stephanie to all. It had been 17 years since I had been through this process and she was very informative and patient with me.
