Honest! That is a good word to describe, Wendy Brown. I was looking to sell my home and called out three agents, including Wendy Brown to give me their professional opinion about the market. Every agent, except Wendy gave me a positive feedback. I already knew what was happening in my neighborhood. We had already had ten foreclosures in less than five months. So I wasn't surprised when Wendy told me what was going on and how much she thought I could sell my home for. With her help, we now have it rented out and I am currently in a new home that I love. She came prepared and was extremely knowledgeable about the entire process.

Wendy Brown, you are amazing. Living out of state, I would like to say how fantastic you have been throughout this whole home selling process.We could not have done it without you. Having no experience with selling a homein GA we were scared until we met you. You understood our needs straight away. You used technology which made the process less of an headache. Let me start by saying, I have never met a person like her before. She meet me once and advised me on what I could do to help with selling my home in this market. I am extremely busy, traveling in and out of state 3 to 4 times a week. I have been extremely pleased with her because she understands that time is extremely valuable. She uses technology to help in the communication process. I can't tell you how many times I have had to call agents just to see how many people have visited my home this week. She makes time to work with you regardless of your schedule and makes it easy for you to sell. I love this agent! Thank you, Wendy for everything!

My Realtor Wendy was great. She helped us every step of the way. We wouldn't have been able to move 2800 miles away without her. She told us where to leave our key and what to leave behind so that the home showed well after we were gone. She understood that our time was valuable and used technology to make the selling of our home even easier. She helped us find the perfect real estate agent to help us find our new home in 2 days. Wendy kept us calm, through the stress. She has even followed up with us after the closing. You have to hire her to help you sell your home. Nobody can do this like her.

Wendy Brown is extremely knowledgeable about the entire home selling process. We visited and talked to several agents. I called Wendy Brown and right way she was talking about our time and respecting that. She made the process so easy that we just had to use her. She sent us the paperwork and within a day our home was on the market for sale. We never did sale the home because the job I wanted I didn’t get. However, I do intent to continue looking for work out of state and will use her in the future should we decide to sell.
