I have been with State Farm for over 30 years. The office of Stephen Hoyt took me on when no one would because of my driving record. I now have all policies with Stephen. Throughout the years we have had all sorts of claims and they have never disappointed me or left me stranded. I consider his office with Kim and Elizabeth family as they have seen my family grow. They are helping my kids with their insurance needs. It;s a very comforting feeling. I would highly recommend calling his office for any insurance needs.

As Stephen himself defined his company, he likes to think of State Farm as the “cream of the crap.”  It’s crap, for sure, and he helps to insure that it stays that way.  Having had him as my agent for over 10 years, and paid significantly over $100,000.00 during that time (I had to buy my own health insurance as I worked for myself), I turned 65 and he sold me medi-gap part F.  They denied a claim for routine blood work that I was assured by medicare and by various doctors that they always covered.  Stephen assured me that it was covered…it wasn’t. When it was turned down, he assured me that he appealed it…he didn’t.  He also promised to pay it personally if State Farm didn’t…he didn’t.  Over the years, and more towards the later years he lost more papers, forgot to do what he promised, forgot to call or return my emails, etc.  He was once a decent agent…but in my opinion, he’s “aged out.”

I had an issue with a policy being generated through State Farm's after hour service and i was assigned Stephen Hoyt as my agent. They're office is incompetent and overall business practices are horrid. Also they speak of State Farm in 3rd person and act almost as Independent contractors rather then actual State Farm employees. Don't be fooled by there NBA commercials and overall good perception. 
HATED IT!
