Geoff was a fine agent to deal with when I had insurance with State Farms, but my experience became a nightmare when I sold my car and tried to cancel my insurance.  I was supposed to get my pro-rated refund within 30 days of insurance cancellation.  It has been over 2 months and I still haven't received anything, and Geoff stopped taking my calls and responding to my emails.  DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS AGENT!!!

I have worked with Geoff Collins for the past 15+ years and found him to be very responsive and professional.  I would and have recommended him to friends and family for their insurance needs.
