I was a long time camper there years ago. We had hard times for awhile and was late on the deposit for the next seasonal space. When I contacted Bruce and Pam they told me it would be 7000 dollars to be paid because of interest. When we went to retrieve the trailer we found out they had broke into it and stole everything we had there. Bruce was nothing but a fat sloppy slob and Pam was nothing but a liar and a money hungry b---h. I am glad they are not there anymore and when we go back to visit we would give the place a chance again with new owners. Hopefully they treat people better than the thieves did.

At first the campground looks good. and Pam one of the owners "seems" very pleasant and friendly. It is apparent it is a work in progress and that is fine, however beware the friendly attitude is a front. I had orders to report to the reserve unit at Newport Rhode Island and this was one of only two campgrounds open year round. I placed a 590 deposit for a lot so I could report in late May. While out processing from my current assignment, I was put on medical hold and referred to a medical evaluation board and my orders were cancelled. I notified Pam as soon as the revocation came in and asked for a refund which she stated she could hold for thirty days and this was after she told my wife and myself that if my orders were changed we could get our money back. I waited then called back and she claimed to have some problem and abruptly hung up on me. I called the credit card company and they told me I had to wait till 30 from notification of a refund. After 30 days I called back asked for Pam and was told she wasn't there and it was her that answered the phone. I knew her voice. When asked if they could take a message I told her I needed to talk to Pam and knew it ws her on the phone again she abruptly hung up. I am now in a battle with the CC company and having to go to JAG to resolve this. She also went on her website (05/18/2013) and added that special price deposits would be refunded. They have at this time made 590 dollars for 17 days and I never once pulled my camper onto the campground. I do not recommend this Park to any RVer's especially military due to this instance. I rate their service and military friendliness a negative poor

acutaly this campground is very nice and there are new owners pam and bruce walked away from it and they stoile every ones money and now the new owners are very nice and the rec hall is always open and is always being used there may not be a lot to do there but it looks nice and u cant tell what has been done to it because it has all been done under ground so come on now give it a chance the new owners arnt like pam and bruce at all and they are nice when u get there and they will never stab u in the back so they will al ways be nice to u and thats that. They also dont have alot to do for kids but the pond is filled with fish and frogs and tadpols and turtles and some gees so there is some things to do for the kids down at the pond so they will have fun. Sometimes there is a dj and they are very nice too ask for a song and they will play it they have any sone u want to here or sing to u will have fun those nights but yep thats what i have to say this is an update of this camp on 06/12/2014 Thanx for reading it xD

We had hundreds and hundreds of campers and the ones that post are the ones that didn't pay there bills you can't please everyone
