My insurance covered for neck and back pain so I found Sterling Physical Therapy through my insurance provider. The physical therapist who did my assessment was EXCELLENT and then I never saw her again. I had a physical therapy assistant who was pretty good for one day but it was his last day on the job (sigh). I was later assigned another physical therapy assistant who pretty much let me do my exercises in the corner on my own. To his credit, he had three patients at a time, some of which really needed more attention than me so I think his focus was split. My insurance did not renew coverage of my PT visits but for some reason I keep getting SPAMMED hard b y Sterling Physical Therapy on my email. make it stop! I haven't been there in a year, and I only went for a couple of months.

Sterling Carter is an amazing doctor and he cares about each patient that comes in for therapy. He took the time to review and explain my treatment plan. He makes a point to greet all the patients, I witnessed this first-hand. I have visited other PT facilities and know that a skilled and caring staff is the most important part of your rehab. The entire staff, including the front office, is very professional and they will treat you with respect and kindness. This made my visits almost enjoyable and more comfortable. It was like visiting friends that wanted to help me move and feel better. I highly recommend Sterling Physical Therapy.

THE ONLY PLACE TO GO IF QUALITY, PROFESSIONAL CARE IS WHAT YOU NEED!!!! I WENT TO STERLING FOR P.T. AFTER SHOULDER SURGERY AND WAS SO BLESSED BY THE DOCTORS, TECHS AND FRONT OFFICE STAFF. EVERY VISIT I WAS GREETED WITH A SMILE AND WAS QUICKLY SEEN BY THE DOCTOR. EVERYONE ON STAFF EXCELS IN THEIR POSITIONS AND HAVE WONDERFUL "BED-SIDE" MANNER. THERE IS NO OTHER PHYSICAL THERAPY PLACE THAT EVEN COMES CLOSE!! THEY ARE THE ONE & ONLY PLACE FOR ME! DEBBIE DUCHEK 01/28/2016

Sterling physical therapy & Wellness is a friendly, warm and exceptional facility. Dr. Sterling Carter and his phenomenal team were professional and knowledgeable in their delivery of service. Although you may have several therapists, the individual treatment plan is executed seamlessly. I had a shoulder injury and had very limited range of motions. The staff pushed and motivated me to work hard in therapy sessions as well as at home. If you are in search of therapist, look no further. Thank all of you again for your support in my healing process!

Had a great experience at Sterling Therapy. Their patient pick up service is awesome and unique. The staff was great and their advice really helped me. I highly recommend this place if you live in the Sugar Land area.
