Steve Fields just helped my wife and I celebrate our 25th anniversary. It's a treat for us to go to sleep such an elegant restaurant, and let me tell ya, it's well worth it. Our server Diana was so pleasant and helpful, I can't thank her enough. You know, when you can cut your steak with your fork your in the right place. The manager brought us a cake and a card for our occasion, it was such a nice gesture. Thank you to everyone at Steve Fields, you made our night!

Very comfortable. Clientele is friendly, trustworthy and they know each other. The wait staff is genuinely friendly and service is the BEST. Rick ( The Piano Man ) is truly a first class entertainer. There is no one like him in Dallas. This is the "Cheers" of Plano.

Worst restaurant experience in my life. Drove 1 hour to eat there for Valentines Day, along the way there was a accident on the road which was going to make me 15 mins late for my reservation. I called and spoke to the hostess and mentioned I would be running late, she rescheduled my appointment from 9:30 to 9:50PM. With most restaurant normal business hours being till 10PM, I went ahead and asked her what time they close just so I’m not “that” guy that shows up 10 mins before closing time. She mentioned “we close at eleven”. Never mentioned the restaurant seating section closes at 10:00PM and the bar is what stays open till 11:00. If I call and mention that I’m coming from an hour away and there is an accident on the road due to rainy weather and that I will be running late for my dinner reservation that’s at 9:50PM, and the restaurant seating closes within 10 mins, why would the hostess not mention that? Why would she tell me the restaurant closes at 11:00PM (not mentioning the bar is what closes at 11:00). To top it all off, I asked for a manager once I got to the restaurant at 10:05PM because the hostess that answered my call seemed shaky and could not answer me when I asked why did she tell me they closed at 11:00PM without clarifying that the dinner section, that I made a reservation for for Valentine’s Day with my wife, closes within 10 mins of my reservation? To make it all better, the manager comes and tells me, “sorry, we’re closed”. When I explained the situation, the managers reply to was “We didn’t beg you to come or drive an hour to get here”. That answer coming from a manager blew my mind. I would never ever think about ever taking time out of my day to go to a restaurant managed by such a unprofessional, disrespectful, and rude individual. I would avoid this restaurant if you are planning on having a nice romantic night out with your wife or significant other because you will end up ruining that one, nice romantic night out you had planned out.
