The best and most honest insurance agent. I came to see Steve for an insurance quote and gave him what I had and wanted to business with him because of a referral from a friend but after checking my policy and rates he told I was better off with what I had at the time. Years later he is the only insurance agent I refer to because of his extensive experience and honesty

Unreliable. Takes weeks to get back to you. No desire to give good customer service. One of the worst businesses I have ever dealt with. Last time I spoke to someone there, there was a new employee, who basically told me she knew all these things were true but was trying to fix it. Good luck!
