After my wreck, I did not know what my next steps were so I decided to give Stillman & Friedland a call. I first spoke with Robert and he was very helpful, giving me a run down of the whole claims process. From there, Kathleen worked on getting a settlement for my car through the other parties insurance, since they were at fault. That process was quick and I was able to get a settlement within three weeks. The medical part took a little while longer but that's expected since one usually has a lot of follow up appointments. All in all, since I don't have another wreck or company to compare this process to, I would say this is a very reputable company and every one has your best interest at heart.

My 2 year old son passed away in a car accident last year and Pete and Mike have been exceptional in my case as far as the amount of compassion and work that they put in on my case to get Justice for my little boy. I would recommend them to anyone needing a personal injury lawyer.

We was hit by a semi truck on our way back from vacation back in 2015. It was my husband and I and at the time our 3 kids. My oldest and I was transported from the scene to the hospital . We was stranded in Florida with no vehicle , but was thankful we all survived. We had several outstanding medical bills and the trucking company was not willing to work with us on the damages and bills we had. Stillman and Friedland took over, and even though it took us close to 2 years to settle, they never stopped fighting for us. Thank you so much for defending our family.
