Losing a loved one is hard enough. But when you compound it with an Estate to close it can be overwhelming to say the least. Jim Higgins came highly recommended to me by our family attorney to handle a special case that required his expertise.  I can't say enough good things about The Higgins Firm.  I felt comfortable with Mr. Higgins from my first conversation.  He was always kind, sincere, attentive, knowledgeable, and I felt like he cared about my family and the case. I appreciated his timely response to my calls and emails which he handled with great respect.  His staff was a pleasure to work with. They were polite, caring, and always there to personally answer my phone calls.

Estate planning is excellently handled by this firm. Patience and always available for questions excellent. This firm will take care of all areas with Estate planning so, please don't put off what you need to do for yourself and your family.  This firm will make the process successful for you and your family.

The Higgins firm is an excellent group of attorneys. If you need great legal representation I would recommend giving them a call. Tara Hawley Carter is well versed in the law and is very responsive to client needs.
