A very clean clinic with such a welcoming staff! My elderly cat, Cooper, gets treated with the upmost care and respect. Dr. Hall did an excellent job on his dental work and tumor removal. She and her assistant were constantly calling me to confirm the procedures they were about to perform as they found work that needed to be done on Cooper. Dr. Hall works so well with him, and she cares for him more than any other veterinarian that he’s visited. Cooper and I highly recommend this clinic!

I really want to love this place but I just can't!  They price gouge like non other.  I gave them 3 tries before I finally gave up on them.

) Paid over $1,000 for them to “treat” my dog and they never even figured out what they were “treating”.  Ended up having to put her down. 💔  Then they had the audacity to call me and ask me to put my baby's body on ice, drive her 2 hours away, and pay $300 to have an autopsy done so they could find out what her illness was.  I told them I would be more than happy to donate her body but I was certainly not doing what they were asking of me while I was mourning.
) Another fur baby they gave a flu shot without my consent and charged me $50. Can you say malpractice?
) Final straw, another baby was being spayed and they called me in the middle of the procedure to say that she needed her PUPPY teeth pulled and that it would be an additional $300.  They were also supposed to microchip her while she was under sedation but somehow "forgot".

years ago (16-05-2018)

$375.00 for treating my Pekingese for an upper respiratory infection.  No blood wotk, just x-rays that I told them were just performed on my Pekingese by my regular vet in Houston.  They insisted, I told them fine but the x-rays would be clear, and they were clear.  Nearly $400 for antibiotics and x-rays, insane.  If it weren't for the discomfort in a long car ride to Houston, I wanted my Pekingese to avoid, I would have walked out, and I probably should have!

Today was my first day as a client. (I have been in there a few years back for another clinic) I am highly satisfied with the way everything was handled. Being in that profession i hold every clinic to a high standard and that standard was met at Stonge Ridge Willis. Everyone was very friendly and went through each procedure as they should. Keep up the good work! 👍
