I buy the pizza, get it home, and its raw. I call and tell them that I am dissatisfied with the pizza, that it is inedible. The girl working was rude saying, I dont know what you want me to do about it. Any respectable business first apologizes and proceeds to offer to fix the situation to try to pacify the customer, right? Well, working in the food industry myself I know you either offer a replacement or a refund. First she tells me to bring back the pizza I have already bitten out of back so she can cook it longer. Then she goes, I can try to get you another one but if it comes out burnt I dont know what to tell you. I do bring back the pizza with me. She lifts the lid and says, So what exactly is wrong with it? Its thin or its wrong? What?(very rudely I might add.) I tell her that its raw in the middle. She was like, Well you can have it but it wont be happening again. Well, shes right. Because I will NEVER bring my business back there!!
