On Friday, February 3, 2017 This afternoon I submitted a maintenance request. I thought for sure I would have to wait until next week because of how busy the maintenance team must be with all of there apartment sights. A pleaseant surprise knocked on my door late this afternoon. It was an extremely nice and polite maintenance man. While he was hard at work fixing my dilema I couldn't figure out how I recognized him. But by the time he was done I figured it out. He is that polite maintence man that we have all seen around River Crossing. Smiling, noding his head and saying hello. To be able to finally put a name with the face was wonderful. I had to ask his name. Mike Riley!!! As someone that has lived at the River Crossing for over 7 years thank you for putting a smile on my face when simpley saying hello to me. I know for a fact that other residence have experience your professionalism as I have see it with my own eyes. Stonebridge Communities I hope you hear my sincere compliment to Mike Riley. He is a perfect example of an individual that you want on your staff. An individual that deserves to be recognized.
