Staff is always amazing and friendly. Doctors are gentle and knowledgable. This place should be a perfect 5 star! Only complaint that brings them down from a 5 to a 2 star is their prices and the way they go about some things when it comes to those prices. I am bummed that I referred my partner to them for them only to have her sit down and then tell her they wouldn't clean her teeth for less than $700.00. They said they would have to do "special, by-the-quadrant periodontal cleaning." This would be perfectly acceptable if they actually tried to do some cleaning to come to this conclusion. I have a permanent retainer that requires their "heavy-machinery" to clean and they do not charge me for this. So they basically told her they're not going to touch her unless she coughs up money (said in a nicer way, of course!). Really a bummer for a nice establishment. I think we will have to be using another dentist from now on.

Sad day.

Nothing but good things to say! All of the staff, hygienists, and doctors have given great service. I would recommend anyone going here and will be a long term patient.

I had a terrible experience at this dental office. I have great oral hygiene but recently needed to get 5 fillings. This was my first visit to this dental office which makes me wonder how legit the treatment was but that neither here nor there. I had no pain in my mouth prior to my them doing my feelings however, after I had my feelings done I had extreme sensitivity to hot and cold. In addition to the extreme sensitivity. My tooth was literally been throbbing and it has been that way ever since. I would highly recommend that you save your money and go to a different dentist. The dentist was a total jerk. He had not one empathetic word when he knew how stressed out it made me. I was literally shaking, my palms were sweating and if anything he seemed annoyed, not empathetic toward the situation. Him and his hygienist did however have plenty of time to talk about her experience on tinder. I went back today to have him take another look at it because he messed up my tooth. He was going to drill down my regular tooth structure through my enamel to try and prevent my teeth from touching. However, as I had mentioned I had no tooth pain prior to going and getting fillings done by this dentist and so of course I’m not gonna let him ruin the integrity of my tooth any farther because he did a shoddy job with a filling. He proceeded to be rude so I got up out of the chair and I left. Again this was a terrible experience I highly recommend going to a different dentist!!

I love Stonehaven Dental! I have been coming here for years now and I can honestly say that I no longer dread going to the dentist. Everyone is so kind and welcoming, and the staff genuinely cares about making your experience there as relaxing and enjoyable as possible. As an added bonus, they always have freshly baked cookies ready for their patients to enjoy.

I would never recommend Stonehaven Dental to anyone. In fact, i've told many people to stay away from here. They are very nice people, but I took their professional advice, and now i'm paying the price 2 fold (payed for them to kill my tooth, and now i have to go somewhere else to get it fixed).  Dont let them put a crown on any of your teeth. I have 3 neighbors that had the same experience as me. They convince you to put a crown on a tooth that didnt need a crown.  They say that the tooth will last at least 10 years.  And a year later the tooth is dead.  I even went to a new dentist and before i told him anything about stonehaven dental, the dentist asked if stonhaven had put a crown on my tooth. I asked why he thought that, and he can spot a stonehaven job from the moment he sees it.  He went on to explain the type of materials they use and how they cut corners. 
(also, i payed stonehaven for 3 cleanings in a year, but they wouldn't give me the third cleaning, because they scheduled me to come in they day after the one year mark. Not a big deal. but its the small things)
