The wait time here is ridiculous!!!! I will never come to Apex Dental ever again! And I encourage people not come here. Unless you like 30+ minute wait times and overpriced treatment! Every time I come in it's pathetic!! Stop over booking your Dentist!!! And train your staff on how to correctly file a claim so the patients don't suffer!

Usually this place is in great shape, the dentist I went to for years is now gone and replaced with a different dentist. I went to this office for an emergency filling on a gaping hole in my tooth, which is extremely painful.. took work off expecting to get this taken care of, I showed up for the appointment and ended up waiting 30 minutes for the Dr. to show up. After the doctor showed up he told me what I already knew (giant hole, must be very painful) he then proceeded to shrug this off and told the assistant to schedule me out. Why would I schedule out an emergency filling that has put me out of work? Great front desk, always lovely.. but this is unacceptable and mediocre at best, for such a reputable company.

Hadn't been to the dentist in a looong time. They were super friendly and efficient. Staff was helpful and informative throughout the whole process. Ashley was my hygienist and she made the deep cleaning as fun as needles and lasers can be haha. The dentist was super thorough and fixed a shotty filling from a former dentist. He was quick and had my bite fixed. Overall, it was a great experience. Will be a customer for a long time :)

I hadn't been to the dentist in over five years due to a previous horrible dental experience. The longer I stayed away from the dentist, the more anxious I was to go back, afraid I'd receive judgment for my time away. I started getting tooth pain and knew I needed to bite the bullet and find a new dentist. I booked my appointment here and am very glad I did. Not only did they make me feel super comfortable, they seemed to genuinely care. I had to get a root canal done (which happened today), my very first one, and it wasn't nearly as bad as I thought it would be. Dr. Blais was amazing and frequently checked on me to make sure I was comfortable, to see if I was in pain, etc. He put me at ease. The temporary crown fits like a glove. On a side note, I heard them dealing with an abrasive and rude patient in the room next to me. Maddie (sorry if I spelled your name wrong) was a rock star and was the pinnacle of kindness. Kudos to the whole staff who did an amazing job.

The entire staff is all very personable and amazing at making you feel comfortable, which speaks volumes for someone who has dental anxieties. Began my first appointment with them in tears and left smiling, because they were just so patient and caring and found ways to relate and calm my anxieties. I won't go anywhere else the Draper girls rock and I'll shout their praises, oh and that Dr. Blais, yeah that guy's cool too (haha).
