Story

It is the mission of the Stonewood Volunteer Fire Department to provide first responder services to the City of Stonewood, W.V. and mutual aid to the surrounding communities. Stonewood Volunteer Fire Department will respond to fires, accidents, rescues, medical emergencies, mutual aid calls and other threats to public safety and property from both, natural and man-made disasters. As first responders to emergencies, it is Stonewood Volunteer Fire Department's goal to provide prompt, courteous service with the highest level of professionalism that saves lives and minimizes property loss.

Mission

We run mutual aid fires, vehicle accidents and medical calls with several departments throughout the county.
We are always available to serve and protect our community 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
