Great place..and the manager is really on it..and very helpful..and she really keep the restroom super clean.and stay on everything

The office Manager Margaret is always there to help with any isues with the location.

This place is garbage. I called them to set up storage for my car, and was meet on the phone by a poor going woman who offered me an email quote. I called back shortly after, because I was sent a quote for the wrong unit, so I called back and a different girl suggested that I come to the property to speak with someone. 

I drove to the property, and arrived at 3:45 pm. There is a sign on the window insuring they are open until 5pm (it was Thursday). The "open" sign was flipped to "closed", so I called the office again, and this time a man answered, and told me he would get in touch with a supervisor and get back to me before 4:30. At 4:40, I called again, and was getting by yet again and entirely new person, who yet again, told me they would contact their manager. 

No one ever made contact with me, and I spoke to 4 septate people.

This place is poorly run, and clearly outsources their call center to incompetent teenagers.

I received no help and no apology for wasting my time, and gas, getting here. 

One star.
