I'd give zero stars if I could...Don't rent here at all!! What a sham! The company was taken over by another company a few months ago. We've paid our bill through auto pay every month. We received a late notice 2 months later with extra fees applied. We were told they were waived. They weren't at all. And today, we were duped again. Do yourself a favor, the new management lacks the resolution skills to resolve their mistakes. We paid in full, PLUS LATE CHARGES, just to make sure that our stuff is safe.

Gate Hours r great, but to use a cart u have to leave your license then walk way around to your unit.

Ive tried to pay my bill from out of state, Ive called twice and emaild twice! They're charging me late fees! I dont even know if my stuff is OK, so my wife and I are driving back to make sure its all good and place our things in a new storage unit!
