Theresa, the general manager, is fantastic. Super helpful and friendly. The climate controlled storage units are clean and the whole facility is new and well kept. I couldn't be happier!

Awesome place! Staff was great, very friendly and helpful. Rates were the best around the area for what I needed. Units were clean and felt secure. I will definitely keep using them!

Theresa is an amazing asset to your company.  She is very thorough in explaining the products and services. I visited on a busy day and she managed every customer with ease. I am very pleased with the facility and would recommend Theresa to everyone I know.

We've had 2 storage units here for approximately a year now while prepping to sell our home. Theresa arranged the leasing of those 2 units and had been wonderful with communication throughout. However, what prompted me to write this review is due to the customer service I received this weekend from Cindy. The day previously we sold our house and we're suppose to purchase and move to the new house the following day. The purchase of the new house did not take place, so we were stuck with having to put ALL our belongings into storage, yet weren't prepared to do so within hours. Cindy went above and beyond to help me secure a large unit, then when I had to come back a few hours later for yet another unit, she was a pleasure to deal with. She made an extremely difficult frantic time just a little easier. With all the storage units going up around us, it's going to be all about customer service!

Theresa was awesome and any concerns I had she was able to take care of and eventually rectify for me. Very clean and they even have flat carts to help you move in! Would use them again! The only con is that it is not 24 hrs but I think this is more for security than anything else!
