Wonderful front desk manager. She was so caring and couldn't be nicer at such a difficult time, my mom's passing. The free use of the truck was so helpful! They even fill it with gas! So glad I came here!

Amazing experience at my local Storage West.  Edna helped me my first visit and she was very nice and informative. I went in again Nov. 17, and with the assistance of Mr. Jose Carrasco, I was able to rent another unit. Kudos to Jose! He was kind, very helpful, and made it a great experience. When my son an I left, my son commented about how nice Jose was and he asked if Jose and I were friends. Great job Jose, and awesome job Storage West for making Jose part of your team!

My wife Elizabeth Acosta and I just finished renting a storage unit at this facility. They offer a free truck for move in which is really convenient. Jose took us on a tour and explained all rental process. Jose did a great job. Thank you Jose for taking care of us.

I would recommend Storage West to friends and family. The staff was awesome polite and helpful. They offer a moving truck at no extra cost. Which I thought was a big plus in making my choice. The facility is clean and easy to get to. I would definitely use them again. Thank you Storage West.
