I had a great experience at this location! Mike helped me and my grandfather get a storage unit, and he was very factual and so kind helping my grandfather pick the best deal for him. Thanks Mike, you’re the best!

Only took about a half hour to see spaces and secure a spot.  Jeff, the manager was extremely helpful and polite.  The facility is clean, safe, and kept cool.  Great experience so far!

Worst customer service as the manager is very hard to get hold of for somebody that works Monday thru Friday.  and..  the District Manager does not return phone calls.  We are trying to find out why when we have a refund coming of $400 something dollars we only received $44 to date. I stopped by yesterday and of course the manager was not there.  The lady filling in who was most pleasant could not even find our account on the computer and we just moved out a week ago Saturday.
If we do not hear from someone with an explanation given to us as to the hold up funds due us and as to why we only have received $44 we will move to a television station here called channel 3 and 3 on your side.  We have always paid well in advance and yet this is what happens when you move out of this storage place.  The neighborhood surrounding the location has gone down hill.  Our site was broken into along with some others while we had storage there and two or three of their security cameras were non-operational according to the manager.  When we closed out it still appears that two are not possibly working .  As well as bad as the neighborhood is they have no manager at this site living there.  But at other nicer area public storage locations they have someone on premise 24 hours.  The storage accommodations were fine and the place is clean.  But worst customer service I have seen and do not suggest anymore that you consider using this site....Sad...
You are forced to purchase their insurance and pay for the lock that they give you???????  Seriously I think you better think twice before trusting your goods stored here...

Michael was very informative and professional.  I was very impressed with the location and with Michael's know-how of helping customers with issues. I would recommend this place!
