Too many problems with this location. Had a pickup for Saturday 8am and the female (could be the owner) was half awake, sarcastic, spoilt and arrogant. She behaved as if she were doing a favor by offering a Pick up truck that for the matter was very unclean. If you don't like waking up early on a Saturday please hire someone who does! With uhaul's Monopoly in the market, people have less choices.

Building is very clean, they definitely know what they are doing.

Absolutely horrible experience!! Would give zero stars. I reserved a van in advance for my move to Connecticut. It was confirmed for 6:30am pick up and I was told it was a "self-check in". When we arrived at 6:30, I started the check in and it said that they had not prepared my van and to call the number listed to contact them. We called 15-20 times and no answer! Couldn't even leave a voicemail since the mailbox was full! After this, we had to walk to the real uhaul business location and wait an hour for our reservation to be sent over. We're still here waiting currently and had hoped to have been packed up and on our way by now! Our whole move is delayed now because of this place!!!! It's a long drive and not one we wanted to make mid-day in July weather!

The place looks amazing since is under New Management , very nice, clean and much brighter.  Before the place didn't look inviting  and uplifting was very Spoky , I actually didn't like to go in at all  my husband did.  Bought since it's New Management Now I go almost all the time that I need to go. THANK YOU STORAGE BLUE.

Horrible service not clear on what is included gave me a reservation with pick up included . Went to go get everything done and they tell me there is no driver until a week later . If they would have made it clear to me over the phone a week ago I would have found something now I have to move today and I have no way to get my things there . Horrible attitude and telling me I can not speak with a manager
