Great service unlike a different location that shall not be named. In and out easily, no hassles, no wait. Returning was a breeze as well, being met as you get out  and being able to just hand them the keys was nice.

Never had anything stolen from here. Every once an awhile did run into the issue of someone parking a uhaul trailer into out spot.

Staff; (owner?) extremely rude and baligerent towards me in person. I called ahead of time 48 hours to make sure this facility could accommodate my size vehicle (64 feet long) and that they had the unit I was looking for. I was told over the phone that they did not have any space but I could pick up the uhaul and there would be enough room to maneuver in and out of the facility. When I arrived no one had a record of my phone call or the reservation. Ok no problem let's just do it in person. I was loading a uhaul 5x8 on a flat deck trailer along with two of my family members cars, so we only had one vehicle to drive back to Georgia. The gentiman didn't know how I was going to load it up seeing that there was no room. I asked if I could drive through the enourmosly large gate into the enourmosly large lot and turn around. This is when the attitude came out. I was told that absolutely not you can't. When I questioned the man as to why, plenty of room, I was given the simple answer "I said no". No willingness to help out a customer, no willingness to provide customer service: I was treated like a child, talked down to in a manner I would never treat a stranger let alone a customer. Luckily a delivery truck was unloading in the street ( I'm assuming they don't let him use the lot to turn around in either. He stopped traffic so I could back out and I went down the street to Hutto and was taken care of there. I will never recommend this place to any one ever due to the owners terrible attitude and the way I was spoken to and treated. Even after me stating "hey man it's ok I get it I'm leaving now, no need to be ugly", he still hurled insults and negatives. I will be reporting this to uhaul as well. Edited: I also drove 30 min out of my way to come to this specific facility due to lot size and ability to get truck and trialer in and out of.

We recently where looking for storage space in the Round Rock area and the Storagemax team really helped us find exactly what we were looking for with a friendly staff and the unit was clean and well lit.  Would definitely recommend them to anyone that is looking for storage space in the Round Rock area.
