Hello,

My name is Monique Carter.  I recently rented a unit from your location at Double Creek Drive. When I came in on Friday I got a 10 X 15 and paid $76.05. I asked specifically if I needed to downgrade to a smaller unit would I be able to do that and the lady that helped me said yes.  When I got there to move in on Saturday I realized that the smaller unit would be better. I went to the office to complete the change and was disappointed when the same lady told me I would have to pay MORE for the smaller unit.  She informed me that the additional $21.33 that I had to pay was the difference between the two units… I said “I am downgrading…. Why would I pay more?”. Then she said that it was because I got the unit the day before and the difference was the prorated rate for the date!!!!! Seriously???? I said there is no way that it would be $21.33 a DAY! Because if that was the case then you guys severely undercharged me! Then the story changed again and she said that it was the Administration Fee, so I said you are charging me twice for the admin fee??? You just charged me that yesterday and she said…. No, no, it isn’t that either.  At this point, I am really confused as to why I had to pay an additional $21.33 when I hadn’t moved in yet and I got a smaller unit.  Details on this would be greatly appreciated.  The lady that was there was not very versed on the fees and costs associated with your storage units and that is very confusing to consumers.  Your immediate attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I had to change my reservation at the last moment. It was no hassle at all. The staff was great and accommodating upon my arrival. Clean facility and good location.

Very friendly,  super customer service and attention oriented.  5 star rating because that's the highest it goes. Will recommend everyone.
