Daniela assisted us with our sudden move & made it so much smoother & less chaotic. You can communicate via phone or email which came in handy when I only had internet access & couldn't call. We also were able to reserve there brand new moving truck days prior & that truly made our move effortless. The storage was kept clean & shown to us prior to all paperwork & purchase of lock. The paperwork process was very fast & we really appreciated the move in specials available, this made our decision much easier to make then going with Perris Self Storage (which family & friends have steered us away from due to some bad experiences) Just ask for Daniela, she's the best thanks again.

Very nice and friendly staff. Never had a problem except for the raise in rent after about a year but not too bad. I would rent storage again if needed here.

The young lady that helped me deserves some type of certificate for her outstanding customer service! She was caring, went out of her way to help me, friendly and a pleasure to be around you don't see this much anymore
