I highly recommend this storage place. Great prices, clean and most of all amazing great service from Brian & the other man which name I can not remember. They both explained each detail and answered all my questions to the fullest.

I closed out my unit over 2 months ago and I'm still being charge. I have called and left numerous messages but no one will call me back. Very bad business! Still trying to contact them with no luck.
The company did contact me and I was able to get the issue resolved and I am happy with the results.

Brian was very helpful and thorough making sure that we had the right size storage for what we needed it was a great experience. I would highly recommend this storage to anyone looking for long term or short storage. S Lopez

I called office about internet promotion which consisted of first month free and free moving truck and driver. I was told yes they had that deal to come on down. Although manager was very nice when I got to office the only thing available was the first month free. I was told truck was unavailable. The building is really old and had no elevator for riders. The only place to turn the light on was downstairs and if you were going to be there longer than 45mins you had to go downstairs and turn it on again. My unit was clean although you could see outside from the building being so old and seams opening up. I hope it doesn't rain while storing there. Also the place where you hang your lock is mounted to the door with the mounting screws on the outside of storage unit, anybody can take a screwdriver and open it. I did see a door marked restroom, but it was always locked. Carts were readily available.
