Employee is never around. Leaves a sign in the window saying she will be in the office at specified times, then no shows. Employee borders on rude giving excuses about why she is not in the office at the times she indicates such as other jobs she holds making it impossible for her to tend to the storage facility. Paying a monthly bill online is full of problems also, trying different addresses because of hyphenated words & capital letters. DO NOT RECOMMEND! FYI, would change companies if not for the time involved to move.

Set up an appt to rent a unit yesterday, for 9am today.  Arrived 8:45. Left at TEN because nobody had shown up.  Left a note and voicemail, got a call back at 11:30.  
Not a way to run a business.
