I have been dealing with them for over a year now. The staff have always been friendly and helpful. The only drawback in my experience has been not always having access to my unit. They have very specific access hours which don't always align with my schedule.

This is the best storage place in town. The service is excellent and the staff is very  accommodating. MS. DESIRE in the front office walked me through the property to show me a Unit to rent eithout a reservation and on short notice. I highly recommend StorAmerica for your storage and prooerty security needs. Thank you Desire for allowing me to Lease a 10×20 unit without advance notification. You really made my day a littlebit easier.  STOP BY YOU WON'T  BE DISAPPOINTED  WITH THE SERVICE StorAmerica provides.  This facility was formerly known as StorNLock. EXCELLENT SERVICE.

These guys are AWESOME! They have gone well beyond "customer service" to help me. They are honest & trustful & are willing to help you out. I have used other storage places and I never felt relaxed around the staff, & never has another place worked with me in tough times the way these guys have!! They listen and they care. They are no suckers so don't dare think you can con them or play mind tricks... They helped me out when I opened up honestly about my stituation and that is when the awesomeness happen and they saved my life!! I will always be grateful to them and appericate what they have done for me. THANK YOU STORE-n-LOCK!!
