Yeah, I won't be going back anytime soon.  The store attendant was very offended (then rude to me) when I asked if some gemstones were ever tested for authenticity.  As a a serious jeweler, I wanted to just make sure that when I sell an item I made with gemstones that they are real or else I will get a bad review and name.  So as a store for serious jewelers, they aren't so serious to check any of their gemstones they sell.  It's really no big deal because I can test them, however, I bet if I tried to return them because they were fake, I'd probably get my butt chewed off because they are fake and I have to prove it and/or  I already ""used" them and a bead is missing.  Yep, don't plan on going back.  .

Huge selection, way better than the bead stores in Minneapolis and big box stores.  The salesperson and owner were both very friendly and helpful.  First time there today and will definitely go back!!

I had a wonder experience there today.  VERY helpful.  I am NOT a beader but wanted to add beads to a knitting project.  I know VERY LITTLE about beads, but wanted to buy from 1. a local store not big box and 2. personal help to find beads that would work.  I found both in this store and will be back when I have another poject.

A decent little store, however the woman that runs it isn't the gentle, friendly type. She's been a little condescending to me, but was helpful nonetheless.

stars, This store is RACIST, Don't shop here if you care about human rights. They didn't want to help me and tried to rush me out the store, wouldn't let me touch the items I was looking at And continued to tell me the all the prices as though I couldn't afford anything. When I told them they provided an awkward and unwelcoming environment and If it was because of prejudice the owner proceeded to yell, curse, and say I have plenty of black non white customers take your business elsewhere. Everyone in the store was quiet with their heads down. I yelled and cursed her back as I was leaving and she laughed. I plan to file a better business bureau report.
