Not helpful. I paid my money and cleaned out my unit including taking the lock. I recently found on my credit they continued charging me. They took advantage!! I will be reporting to BBB and continue to let everyone know how they operate. Amy Henley is the mgr and definitely not worthy of recommendation. Not professional at all!

Not accommodating at all. If you try and move your things before the month is out don't think you will get any money back. Customer service is lousy. Also on multiple occasions I have come by there and the gate was open. They claim to be extremely safe but anyone can get in. Very disappointed, and will most certainly use another place in the future.
