WORST EXPERIENCE EVER...BEWARE! - NEGATIVE STARS!!!! I have moved cross country several times and this was the absolute worst. I contracted the initial move with Alliance Moving. I was shocked to learn that ALLIANCE had "sub contracted" with Liberty. They were terrible at communicating. They were a day late in picking showing up. Some items were packed 1/2 way but since they were going into a different truck for storage and transport I was told they would "beef up" the packing between trucks so I could get on the road. I spent days trying to get a hold of the company once I landed in my new location. I left message after message without response. When I finally received a response the excuse was the person who had been handing the move had left the job and they had forgotten to check her voice mails. I sent emails to the general email asking someone please call me. Finally, when the truck arrived at my location I was mortified. I knew the drill. The moving company won't unload until they receive the rest of the money. I gave him the money. When they opened the unmarked - beat up trailer I nearly had heart failure. In the middle of the truck, MY GRANDFATHER CLOCK NOT TIED DOWN AND NOT COVERED! Sofas on end and diagonal across the truck. A wheel broken off the lawnmower, molding off of a cedar chest, and my china cabinet split in two. My son's almost new bike was ripped of its brakes and gear handles. I wanted to match the numbers on the inventory sheets but the man was insistent that every thing that was there and he did not have any intention of standing there while I took inventory. I was livid and distraught. I immediately began the process for claims that they told me to file. I was taking picture, matching numbers from boxes to inventory sheets. Boxes were crushed. I found entire boxes missing, things like my expensive gas weed eater completely missing...Damage to wood furniture and dishes. I filed the claim withing the allotted time. The claim was handled by a 3rd party insurance agency. They had 120 days (I believe to process.) I watched the "status" of the claim through out the time. One day 121, I called the insurance company to find out why it had not moved to the last stage. The insurance company told me that "not totally unheard of" Liberty had decided to handle the claim itself. I tried to call Liberty, I sent emails, and registered letters to find they had closed up shop. My $2000+ claim remains unpaid. My lost items never returned. And no apologizes of correspondence from the company. --During some investigation and return of mail it was suggested they had closed and reopened under a similar name. I WOULD NOT USE THEM EVER EVER AGAIN. THEY HAVE NO RESPECT FOR YOU OR YOUR THINGS. IF A LARGER COMPANY IS USING THEM AS A SUBCONTRACTOR REFUSE THE CONTRACT.

We had the worst expierence ever. I feel bad for anyone else this company might con. They lie so much and once you call them out they refuse to talk to you.

I am using Liberty relocation at this very moment! They picked my items up almost 3 weeks ago and have yet to deliver them! Every time I call no one knows the status or where about of my items. They lied and gave me a delivery date that has since passed! I find it strange that I call a Seattle number and I get a call back from a person with a Texas number who shouldn't even be aware of the call that I made to the Seattle number. I also find it strange that they can't find a driver to deliver my items to me when they promised me that this was under control. If that isn't bad enough I received a call from one of the customer service reps, she asked to speak to A gentlemen that I had no idea who he was, I told her there was no one by that name at my number she says oh sorry wrong number! I say no wait I am using your service could it be that you have the wrong name? Oh wait she says yeah that could be so I don't know why I called. I said is it possible that my items could be getting ready to be delivered? She says yeah cause we are suppose to call when they are ready. Their movers altered my inventory list to reflect items that shouldn't be and they also flirted with my niece while picking up the items. I am gonna give this company 1 week to get all of the stuff I paid for delivered to me or I am going to the Police because their customer service sucks! I have completely lost faith in this company!

Store boxes from me, dumped things into boxes.. Even stole my curtains! Lied about who I was talking with, within the company....altered inventory list. Broke furniture...haven't settled in a YEAR. NEVER USE THEM.

The worst, it took almost a month to move me things, they lost some of my stuff, when you ask nobody knows nothing about it, still waiting for an answer
