Stored apartment items with my roommates at StorQuest from May to August.  Everything was looking good today when my roommate moved it out of the unit (no bug or mice problems!).  We closed our old lease with no problems, and I started a new lease for a smaller unit for just my things.  Call center reps and the site manager, A.J., were helpful in getting my lease completed remotely, since I couldn't be in Oakland in person.

A.J. has always been friendly and helpful in all my interactions with him, in person and over the phone / email.  Storage has been convenient and reliable.  Great experience here so far!

Ashly Hartman was amazing. She set me up with a unit really efficiently and has been fantastic throughout! Very helpful and kind; just a nice person!
I give her the highest possible recommendation and she is a strong credit to Storquest. 
She's a star!

5 Stars. Pleasant and straight-forward, A.J. was courteous and understanding of my general needs and interest in seeing multiple storage options. Other than the flexibility in providing me excellent customer service via a stream-lined sign-up process, he was kind enough to work with my situation and provide some interesting discourse on the Bay Area challenges. As for the site, it's clean and well-kept, no sign of animal or element-damage. I think the only considerations here is whether you have more time vs. budget, renting on any upper floors will require a little patience in managing the lift (ensuring both door/gates are fully closed for the next person on another floor) and acquiring or requesting for an available hand-truck/cart, as you might find yourself at odds with a less-considerate moving company or storage-laden renter.

Great place. AJ (the manager) was super nice and helped me get set up quickly. The facility itself is well maintained my spot was clean and ready to go.

Incredibly friendly and helpful, easy to manage and navigate (even for a college student) and great loading driveway. Would recommend. The only thing I don't like is that the courtesy call for the payment isn't until after it's overdue and has a late fee. But other than that, wonderful and accommodating.
