horrendous experiences  wish I could go somewhere else I've waited on hold over the phone for hours with no response I've  waited for appointments for hours why bother with a schedule if you cant keep to it??  incompetent assistant can't follow through with simple request  and when I contacted upper level to complain  I was passed around and eventually ignored
never been treated so horribly in my life as I have by the SFHT
not to mention paying for parking?!?!?! why should Hyde make money because I need to see a physician?!?!

Always great to be in the office friendly and informative when questions ask. DR. is very prompt in getting me in on time .I realize though that there may be times that this is not possible.

While I haven't have experiences with all the doctors here, the ones I have had dealings wiht have been excellent.  THe facilities are great.  I just hate having to pay the $3 for parking.  Seems like a cash grab.

My doctor retired and I was told these people would be taking over his patients.  Tried multiple times to book an appointment, but I was given the runaround until they were all booked up.  I can't say much for the doctors, as I never got to see one, but the receptionists here are terrible.
